Do not transfer any park land to municipalities. They do not have expertise, experience, or desire to maintain parkland. This land is vital in the fight against climate change. This town council only want to line their pockets with money from developers. They are corrupt. Sold 1.7 acre waterfront lot for under $600k - it's worth over $2 million. Wasaga Beach requires a forensic audit of redevelopment of Beach 1.
