I think developing Wasaga is a great idea as long as it is done in a sustainable and environmentally safe way. I think the beaches need to remain public with access for anyone to you. A little nostalgic here but I remember the Wasaga of the late 70's and it had such an amazing vibe. I also believe that controlling what people are allowed to do will keep it clean and usable for everyone.
