I am happy that our mayor has proceeded in this manner. I am fully in support of the original plan for the former Jamesvile property, which included market rate plus low income housing. I am not in favour of any high-rise buildings, though, as parking in the area is limited. One way or the other construction should begin soon. I cannot understand why CN is holding this project up.
