Ford’s government has proposed selling chunks of Wasaga Beach Provincial Park for development. That land includes critical nesting habitat for the Piping Plover, which could be lost forever if this goes through.
Stand With The Plovers--These tiny shorebirds have made a fragile comeback since 2007, thanks to years of careful stewardship and protection.
Earth is their only home too and our public lands are not to be sold.
