The provincial park system is the pride of Ontario, Ontarian's, Canadians in general. This week Premier Ford publicly commented on his time spent at his cottage in the Kawartha Lakes; he should know full well what the protection of our spaces and time spent in nature means to the Canadian identity. Any law that makes it easier to sell chunks of our collective, public land is ripe for abuse by those who want to sell out our identity in order to make a quick buck. I know in my heart that the people of Ontario will not stand for that, and thinking otherwise would be a stupid, foolish mistake.
