The town should not be aloud to take over the beach areas from streets 1 to 16 .
The lands and forest as it was known in 1959 took over the beach areas as wasaga beach did not want the expense of maintaining the sandy beach ...raking the waterline ...all the visitor garbage pick up .The town of
Wasaga beach would beable to do what ever it wanted at beach area one now with a big hotel going in they could cut off the beach to day visitors have it as a private monitored beach.The shoreline is a provincial park it should stay that way.
