Do not transfer administration and control of Nancy Island from the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming (MTCG) and do not sell the crown-owned lands within Beach Areas 1, 2, New Wasaga and Allenwood Beach to the Town of Wasaga Beach. These lands should stay under the control of the MECP to protect the natural environment and local endangered species habitats like the Piping Plover.
