Please do not sell the best beaches of Wasaga Beach to the wealthy. Ontario families have had the good fortune of generations enjoying Wasaga Beach. We have Lake Huron and Wasaga Beach that are good to swim in and not polluted yet.
The average family cannot afford to vacation at a "global, luxury, place" to spend time with family.
You ae selling your souls to benefit the rich and yourselves. Shame on you.
At the price to developers you are practically giving away the land to build. Are you following Trump's lead take away from the residents who live there to make the rich richer.
There are ways to develop Wasaga Beach without giving it away!!!
We want to retire there but are hesitant due to corruption of how a few members of council can take away Wasaga Beach residents beaches to sell/practically give away to the rich.
Taxes are already high in Wasaga Beach and will be higher to pay the developers. How can retirees afford to live there. This is 50% of your demographic!!!
Is this really how you want your legacy!! It is not yours to sell!!!
