Privatizing waterfront is never in the public good. This is a license to create elite complexes that exclude the taxpayer and cause even greater stress on existing beach accesses. This is a provincial park. It was created for the public good. It was not intended for private profit. It should NOT be removed from the provincial park's mandate.
