As a 70 yr. old Ontarian that would often visit Wasaga Beach over my life-time I am begging you to consider the Piping Plover and the integrity of the area before the almighty dollar. We have encroached upon way too much wild space over my life and it feels very dark and frightening to think you are even considering such a move. We have lost so many birds and mammals to the stupidity of humans. Nature knows much more than we do and it has become obvious to those with open eyes and receptive brains that we are destroying our environment at a terrifying rate. Do not make a huge mistake. Our destruction cannot be reversed once we allow it to occur.
Mother Nature is not to be taken for granted.
May clear minds and open hearts prevail.
