I am concerned about allowing more beach front development, in an era where are quite unsure how negatively climate change will be affecting our waterlines and species associated that live nearby. Short term cash vs long term survival is quite disturbing to me.
I have been through a waterfront fire (Parry Sound 33), and it was quite frightening to see how high winds allow fires to travel, even over waterways.
