This amendment seems like a blatant cash grab and sets a very bad precedent in terms of loss of public land and nature habitat. Loss of this kind of nature is permanent and effects us all negatively now and In the long term. As a person with many happemeoties of Wasaga beach, I strongly appose this proposal.
