By transferring this land to the Town of Wasaga Beach it would cause more development to take place, destroying vital green space. This provincial park currently promotes diverse wildlife, which would be reduced by any development in this area. This park is enjoyed by many people for hiking and biking trails. It would be a shame to transfer this land to the Town and then have the park reduced to condos and/or stores.
