The site of Jamesville has laid vacant for nearly 10 years, far too long in a city that is so desperate for housing. Development of this site will bring life back to a completely barren block of the city, a part of the city with beautiful neighbourhoods, fast access to the GO station, James North and beautiful bayfront park. Why has this gone on for so long? Please use the necessary powers to override CN rail and make this happen. We need housing - especially Indwell's plan for deeply affordable housing in Jamesville. Let's get to work and house people who so desperately need it. This deteriorating land is an eyesore and is ready for rejuvenation! Please work with Mayor Horwath to get this job done!
