This proposed property development needs to be completed. Homelessness trumps noise and vibration potential complaints. Corporate concerns could easily be satisfied with tenants and purchasers signing compliance attachments with the understanding that rail yards in the area create environmental concerns that must be accepted. Can’t understand how this project has been delayed for so long. Lets make a difference in our citizens lives and build social housing with pride.
