This should get developed. Hamilton needs housing badly. This housing was already there. The city has done what it can to satisfy CN. The fact that it was already there And they’re trying to rebuild what was already there shouldn’t matter to CN. I’d understand more if it was a brand new development but it’s not. These are affordable homes
