I would love to see the site be developed, it's just sitting there, falling apart, looking disgusting! Hamilton needs affordable housing now. The CN Rail has too much power when it comes to building proposals. Their appeal isn't helping, it's hurting! Please push the rezoning through so we can make homes for the homeless while making our city a better place to live.
