This is a bad piece of unwanted, unneeded, unnecessary legislation that only smells like political corruption and backdoor kickbacks.
Parkland should be increased, not divested - ever. The loss of habitat is a crucial environmental crisis. This legislation should be stopped through a federal environmental ban.
