Please use your provincial powers to allow the Jamesville site to be fully developed into dense housing. This site is some of the best and most livable space in the region - a short walk to GO transit, all the amenities of downtown Hamilton, the waterfront, etc. That we could have a housing crisis, have developers and charities ready to build hundreds of much-needed units, and have it all stopped by CN, who has a flimsy argument (there is existing housing much closer to their yards and tracks that has existed just fine for decades), is unconscionable

Please do the right thing and allow this land to be developed into much needed housing.
