I am a resident of Hamilton, living in the neighbourhood where this residential development is located. It has been delayed for so long, and we need affordable housing within the city, now. There will always be opinions about specifics but there have already been amendments to the original plan to come to a compromise, and at some point we need to accept the imperfect solutions as there will always be differing opinions. Our city, our province, needs to create density and affordable housing. I strongly support the province moving this project forward.
