I’m writing to express my opposition to the proposed sale and development of public land at Wasaga Beach Provincial Park.
Provincial parks are meant to protect nature, support biodiversity, and provide accessible green space for everyone, not to be sold off for private profit.
I urge the Ontario government to keep Wasaga Beach public, protected, and undeveloped.
I love my Provincial Parks. I've been to 50 of the 116 operating parks, and I'm looking forward to visiting all of them. Don't sell off our precious spaces. We need to focus on conservation, proper stewardship of our natural resources and really fighting climate change.
