As a Canadian born and raised in Ontario, I strongly oppose these legislative amendments to the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserve Act, 2006, and Historical Parks Act because they serve to mostly benefit private developers, while blocking access to public beaches which are the right of all people to access. These proposed changes will also negatively impact our protected natural environment in this area and threaten the wild life, many of which already face endangerment due to development and human activity. Our current government has a proven track record for abusing it's power for the benefit of private developers. Please do not fall for the ongoing destruction of our beautiful province, our children and grandchildren deserve better!
