Nations like the caymans leave waterfront open to everyone, so that even the poorest people still have the right to a fundamental resource, that is water as a recreational activity. Privatizing waterfront is the worst form of public theft, and to sell wasaga would be to rob the public of Ontario. Look how the public land sale went in the states, the public does not want their land sold to private owners!
