Absolutely not.
Leave the park alone. Develop elsewhere. Doug does not have the right to reach into a provincial park like it's a piggy bank and hand land over to he developer friends. Provincial parks are for the people of the province. All of them. Not just the wealthy ones who will buy the condos and new Doug's friends a tidy profit.
Leave the beaches alone. Let the plovers have their habitat. There are lots of other places to build if you have to.
