What about the environmental impact? Why must a group whose mission it is to help protect the environment give up control to help bring more investments to the area? How will this impact the environment and the animals and plants that inhabit the area? If this will truly benefit Ontario it should not hurt the surrounding environment. If this will actually help the city why can’t an agreement be reached between both groups instead of one giving the other total control?
