Wasaga Beach, the longest fresh water beach in the world, is a unique treasure to be cherished and enjoyed for generations to come. The magnificent sand dunes alone, composed of relic sand (all the sand we’ll ever have is here now never able to be renewed), are irreplaceable. So too, the water quality of Georgian Bay and the special wildlife that shares our Wasaga home must be protected. Of course we want our area to do well economically, but not at the expense of the stunning natural environment that is the precious attraction in the first place!
