The environmental impact will be direct on human health. Outdoor recreational opportunities are critical for preservation of mental health and to physical fitness and will be severely impacted permanently. There is a scarcity of accessible public use green space near densely populated areas. These spaces must be preserved for public use. The impact on animal species will be immediate and measurable but this is merely a signal for the important impact on humans.
