I do not agree with reducing the size of the current provincial park in Wasaga beach. This was made a protected area for good reason. Commercial development cannot be permitted in areas already set aside for protection. In particular since we have already eroded the protection for endangered wildlife by passing bill 5 earlier this year. Changes to this area would be a further betrayal to our duty to preserve valuable resources for critical species.
