The proposed changes are not restoration, it is development of an environmentally fragile area with numerous at-risk species. It also touches on a very important question we need to address re our parks- at what point do we end up wrecking the beautiful places that we love by loving them too much? We go to our parks to enjoy nature, but proposed changes like this will destroy the reason we go in the first place.
