I do hope someone takes the time to read these important pleas and comments by residents of Ontario.
Wasaga Beach is a rarity in and of itself. Shaped millions of years ago, its shoreline is unprecedented. Millions of people from around the world visit yearly and it remains a bustling tourist destination.
It is also a unique ecosystem that cannot be duplicated. Protected species call Wasaga beach home and if these lands were sold off, animals under threat of extinction, would in fact become extinct.
We must do better.
