Wasaga Beach is an important conservation site and needs to be treated as such. I'm concerned that this proposal will remove environmental protection responsibility to those who don't have the right experience or priorities. Even worse, the land could be developed as private property or commercial to bring in additional tourism. The park should be protected over the long-term.
