I strongly disagree with changing the act of 2006 that protects provincial parks from being sold. These amendments are being proposed so Wasaga Beach area one and two as well as New Wasaga and Allenwood Beaches can be sold to the Town of Wasaga Beach for development. My first objection is that this council has not been open and fair in their previous dealings and I do not trust them to have the access to the above named beaches open to the public. My further concern is that in changing the Act, it will leave other parks and conservation areas vulnerable to being sold and privately developed. It is my opinion that the Act should remain as it stands and leave these valuable lands safe from development by greedy and unscrupulous contractors. Thanks
