Good evening,
I would like to submit my non-support for this change in the amendment. There does not appear to be evidence to support natural conservation in this proposal. This plan does not have an adequate strategy to protect the local endangered wildlife. This amendment is potentially in violation of the Migratory Bird Act through the removal and demolishment of local habitat of critical species along the shorline which includes the endanged Piping Plover. Development of our longest freshwater beach sets a dangerous precedent for further environmental destruction through the guise of "economic development" and urban sprawl.
Thank you, appreciated.
