I am firmly AGAINST this sale/transfer. Provincial Parks should not be sold off whether to developers or to cash-strapped municipalities (who can then sell them off as we're already seeing in Wasaga Beach).
The area to be sold is home to protected species at risk (the Piping Plover). It is an important public recreation site for tens of thousands of people a year.
This transfer is wrong.
