I am strongly against this proposal. Public land should not be sold for private profit. People from all over southern Ontario enjoy the area of Wasaga Beach that is in this proposal to be sold off.
I've visited Wasaga Beach many times myself, I have gone on day trips to the beach or to hike, I've gone on weekend camping trips to the area. Friends of mine have gone on many trips to the area and enjoyed many summers there. This development would diminish all of our enjoyment of the area.
This development should not go forward.
