Please do not endanger the habitat of the piping plover. They can in nest anywhere; they require Sandy beaches. Wasaga is their late heat habitat in Ontario. As we watch our forests burn we realize there is more to our province than the economy. Tourism is important and many Canadians benefit from it, but we cannot expand tourism at the expense of ecosystems. Think ahead. These changes cannot be reversed. It’s not worth it to enrich a few developers. Please.
