You shouldn’t have to live on the beach to enjoy it, be it physically being there or looking out your window and seeing it. Towns are charging non residents (tourists) even if they are an Ontario resident for parking, beach access etc. We are all contributing and should be able to enjoy time there. Animals and eco systems are vital to our already fragile environment. We need to start really thinking about LIFE over finances. I am against selling beach front land to private developers.
