I am adamantly opposed to removing any lands from our provincial parks especially for the purposes of development and tourism. The proposed changes will have an adverse effect on the wildlife especially the piping plover. This bird only returned to Ontario to breed in 2007 and only breeds on large sand beaches. To replace the park beaches with tourist beaches will destroy this. There are enough people, cars, amusements in the existing commercial area of Wasaga Beach.
