The MZO in this location should be granted as soon as possible. The previous planning process identified height and capacity limits that should be honoured in order to maintain the integrity of the area.
This area is best serviced by a combination of low rise buildings, townhouses or stacked housing.
This area requires specific consideration a mixed housing development to support the ongoing revitalization of the area. Mixed income housing for seniors, disabled, young families and the unhoused serve to create a positive environment
No need to create high rise developments in this area of single family homes
