Open Black Bay and the Black Stugion River to walleye fishing for everyone. After many years the Bay is home to number going back to the 50s. They population has leveled off and is thriving.
A 2 fish limit with 1 over 18" and 1 under for the River.. Consentrate on Steelhead servival.
