To amend the Endangered Species Act and substitute it with the Species Conservation Act is nothing more than a smoke screen for continued destruction of habitat and wildlife conservation. The price we will end up paying is not worth the development we think is so important. To take out the 'harassment'
section allows ANYONE to harm Endangered or other wildlife. Think beyond today and do the right thing. GET RID OF THE SCA!
