Do not narrow the definition of ‘habitat’, recovery depends on future restoration zones. Also, reverse the exclusion of aquatic species and migratory birds, as both contribute to a healthy and secure ecosystem. Species found in multiple provinces across Canada require those habitats, removing them would significantly impact the secure ecology in Ontario, as well as in neighbouring provinces.
