Hunting these birds makes no sense at all... there is little or no sport in it, and the possible argument that they are "game" birds holds no water. A bag limit of 50 birds/hunter/day is beyond ridiculous, and will almost certainly guarantee the extinction of these birds from Ontario in a very short time. I hope the officials in charge of this decision will reconsider it.
