The only scientifically-backed studies looking into reducing gridlock suggests exactly opposite of what this government is doing. Bicycling allows for an alternative to the automobile, and one in which is increasingly popular. Further, the removal of photo radar in reducing speed is again proven to save lives. Even the Hospital for Sick Kids has puplished findings that this is true.
