This bill will worsen traffic in Toronto and simultaneously make it more dangerous for year- round bikers like me to commute in the city.
The province should not undermine local authority and decision-making, especially when those decisions are supported by evidence and local residents.
The province should instead invest in making investments into public transit and HOLD operators like Metrolinx to schedules for infrastructure improvements.
