I'm not pro or against bike lines or cars. I support evidence-based solutions for mobility and congestion issues.
This bill prevents municipalities from making local decisions based on evidence, even if there's strong evidence that a lane reduction in specific places would be overall highly beneficial for congestion.
This bill allows the Ministry to disregard relevant evidence, thus being ideological and undemocratic by definition.
