The planet is dying. The future is renewable energy, transit and bicycles. A lot of cities in Europe understand the issues at stake and develop their cycling infrastructure. Why would Ontario go back on progress? And more to the point, STAY OUT OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS. The conservative provincial government has no business legislating on municipal issues.
