It's clear to anyone with a working brain that Bill 60 is a workaround to Premier Ford's loss in court over the validity of Bill 212's provision to ban bicycle lanes along Premier Ford's preferred route from his home to his Queen's Park office.
Instead of attacking the safety of vulnerable road users, the premier should remember he was sworn in to serve all Ontario residents. Eliminating bike lanes and speed cameras in predominantly school zones prior to redeveloping our public infrastructure is another example of his petty pandering to his 905 commuting base.
We can only hope the RCMP recommends charges against the premier for the Greenbelt scandal and for the potential misallocation of $10 million for "skills development" at an adult entertainment club.
