Why won't you back down on this. You want to ease congestion? Give people more viable options.
You want to make gridlock worse? Get more cars on the road by eliminating alternatives.
Read some books on the subject and be open to ideas instead of starting with your conclusion of cars = good, everything else = bad.
You penalize people with low incomes when you make life without a car extremely difficult or impossible. But maybe that's the point.
Design cities for ease of transport for everyone - especially the elderly, children, and the disabled. Instead of just for people between 16 and however old they are when they're deemed too dangerous to drive.
You guys suck so hard.
