Schedule 10 of the proposed Bill 66 would allow municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act. This change would remove important protections from the natural environment, to the detriment of Ontarians, our water, our land and wildlife. Schedule 10 should be removed from Bill 66.
